• Price: $150 per model per side

• The first model includes 2 sides forming a corner at no extra cost.

3. Rendering

• Price: $275 per rendered image.

4. Revisions (Perfecting)

• Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions per image at no additional cost.

• Any third round or more is billed at $50 per revision.

5. Turnaround Timeframe

• Initial draft delivered within 4–5 days, excluding weekends.

• Revisions typically take up to 2 additional days.

6. Accepted File Formats

• AutoCAD

  Reference images (textures, materials, lighting, etc.) and detailed addresses (for exteriors) are highly encouraged for more accurate and faster work.
